Refund policy

We are committed to making sure that you have an honest and pleasant experience and want to deliver our very best in products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right.

This is important to know:

  • You may cancel an order up to 24 hours prior to shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and follow the return instructions on your packing slip.
  • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at Info@FormX.design right away.
  • Please understand that risk of loss and title for products passes to you once your order is delivered to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or returned due to local postal issues or factors beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, global events, customs delays), we are not responsible and cannot offer refunds for these situations.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you'd like to return your item, you must email us within 3 days of delivery at Info@FormX.design to initiate a return.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
  • All refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item (product condition applies).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including for exchanges.
  • Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your product arrives damaged:

  • We may, at our discretion, provide only the replacement parts instead of a full replacement.
  • If a full replacement unit is warranted, we will send it at no cost to you — but the original item must be returned to us first. Return shipping for this process is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a full replacement or partial part replacement is the appropriate solution based on the issue reported.

 

Returns Process

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@FormX.design.. Once your return process has started, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customers for all returns/exchanges. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like discontinued products, limited-run products, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in the amount of the product cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping Disruption


Please note that international & domestic postal services could be disrupted due to the disasters, weather and global pandemic, causing delays and/or lost shipments. If your package is delayed, lost, or returned due to local postal issues or factors beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, global events, customs delays), unfortunately, we will not be responsible and will not be able to refund you.
