Shipping policy
We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 1-3 business days(holiday and peak season may vary), excluding weekends and holidays. Once you purchase a FormX product, you'll receive an order confirmation email. You'll then receive another email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. While the vast majority of orders ship within our estimated time frame, please note that USPS and UPS (our main parcel delivery providers) can suffer from delays in rare cases. In the unlikely event that we experience any delays in fulfilling your order, the FormX Support Team will reach out with the most accurate timeline to make sure you're in the know.
In the event a product is backordered or available for pre-order, we will list delay status and aim to provide an estimated ship date on the product page via mailing list and social channels. We do our best to estimate shipping dates, but backorder shipping timelines are subject to change. We collect payment for pre-orders at checkout to save your spot in line, but you can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before it ships. FormX is US based and ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. FormX is not responsible for any damage done to the product in the shipping process. If the packaging is damaged upon reception, it should be handled with the corresponding carrier by the customer.

We are keeping our workforce informed about COVID-19, providing them with the proper personal protective equipment, and informing them of the importance of social distancing, a clean workspace, and careful personal hygiene.
Our Shipping Partners
USPS and UPS are our primary carriers. Please keep in mind that FormX isn't in control of delays or issues incurred by local couriers. In the event of any shipping-related issues please reach out to us via our contact page as we are more than happy to help. Note that we have to wait up to five (5) business days from the date of the reported issue before making a claim with the carrier. This waiting period allows for a reasonable timeframe within which any potential delivery delays or issues can be resolved by the carrier or local courier.
International Purchases & Shipping
International postal services have been disrupted after the pandemic, causing delays and/or lost shipments. If your package is lost due to your local postal service provider or has been returned to us for reasons outside of our control, unfortunately, we will not be responsible and will not be able to refund.
All items sent via FormX are DDU, which means the duty is unpaid. Additional import duties may apply on orders based on the recipient's country’s laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for paying them.
Shipping Delays
While we pride ourselves on getting your products out of the door and to you at high efficiency, we have no control over how the shipping carriers deliver the package. If you noticed any delays from your tracking information, please reach out to your local branch shipping carrier for more information.
Shipping Cancellations
All orders that have not shipped are eligible for cancellation and refund, as well as changes to items and shipping methods. Please contact us at Info@FormX.design to make a request.
Shipping Rate Adjustments
Shipping rates can change day-to-day. If carrier pricing or service availability changes between checkout and the day your order ships, we may switch your shipment to the closest comparable option (same speed whenever possible). Any adjustment will be reflected in your tracking details.
